Residence Halls
Caldwell University has a warm vibrant residential community that houses approximately 600 students across three on-campus buildings. The Office of Residence Life continues to focus on building inclusive communities: A home with space for every face! We challenge students to learn and grow with one another of all backgrounds.

Mother Joseph Residence Hall

- Traditional style residence halls
- Four community bathrooms on each floor
- Two community bathrooms designated as “all gender”
- Mostly double rooms with some singles, triples, and quads
- Typically houses first and second year students with some upperclassmen
- Each floor has a community kitchen with a stove and shared refrigerator
- Large laundry room with washers and dryers; included in residential fees
- Each student room is equipped with cable television service and data ports for high speed internet access. (Students have to provide their own cables to access these amenities.) to Each student room is equipped with Wireless internet for high speed internet access.

- Houses approximately 200 students
- Mostly suite style residence halls with living area and double rooms
- Six suites with living area that also house Resident Assistants in single rooms
- Four apartments with living area that have full kitchens
- Living areas are equipped with coffee table, table with chairs, and sofa
- Upperclassmen building
- Each floor has a community kitchen with a stove and shared refrigerator
- Laundry rooms with washers and dryers on second, third, and lower level – included in residential fees
- Each student room is equipped with cable television service and data ports for high speed internet access. (Students have to provide their own cables to access these amenities.) to Each student room is equipped with Wireless internet for high speed internet access.

- Newly renovated large main lounge is equipped with new furniture with electric outfitting, large TV, and separate gaming space

- Some rooms are equipped with a vanity and utilize the community bathrooms
- Some rooms are equipped with a shared bathroom within two bedrooms
- Rosary Hall is a shared building with residential spaces locked off with swipe access
- Quiet living environment
- Building houses students of all class levels
- Each floor/area has a community kitchen with a stove and shared refrigerator
- Laundry area washers and dryers on third and fourth floors – included in residential fees
- Each student room is equipped with cable television service and data ports for high speed internet access. (Students have to provide their own cables to access these amenities.) to Each student room is equipped with Wireless internet for high speed internet access.
