• Job & Internship Opportunities: Post openings on Handshake.
• Guest Speaking / Lectures: Volunteer to speak in a classroom to inspire students with your professional journey.
• Industry Panels: Share insights and discuss trends in your field.
• Company Site Visits: Host small groups of students for tours and behind-the-scenes looks at your workplace culture.
• Project-Based Learning: Offer a “micro-project” that a student can complete in 10–15 hours, giving them hands-on experience without a full internship.
