Barbara serves as Superintendent of Schools for the Archdiocese of Newark, leading one of the nation’s largest Catholic school systems. She began her career as a teacher and went on to serve as principal at multiple schools, then as Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction. Now in her role as Superintendent, she mentors school leaders, advances academic excellence, and fosters faith-based learning across the diocese. A lifelong advocate for Catholic education, Ms. Dolan also serves on the Board of Trustees at Oratory Prep and participates in liturgical and parish ministries. Her leadership is marked by integrity, humility, and a deep commitment to the Church and community.
Craig Domanski ’08 / ’13
Dr. Craig Domanski is a doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. A proud member of Caldwell University’s first doctoral cohort in Applied Behavior Analysis, he co-founded DATA Group Central in 2009, now one of New Jersey’s leading providers of in-home behavioral support for individuals with autism. Under his leadership, DATA Group has served more than 200 families and built strong partnerships with state and national organizations. A respected leader in the field, Dr. Domanski has held key roles with the New Jersey Association for Behavior Analysis and contributes regularly to professional conferences and policy initiatives. He is also deeply committed to community care, leading charitable efforts and offering free caregiver workshops.
Tency Eason ’93
Councilwoman Tency Eason has served the City of Orange Township with distinction for over two decades and is currently in her sixth term on the City Council. She has also served as Council President five times and is Assistant Secretary for the East Orange School District. A retired Product Manager at Verizon and AT&T, she pioneered impactful programs such as the KidsCall initiative for at-risk youth and the Travelers Aid Program at Newark Airport. In addition to her public service, she has held leadership roles with numerous civic, faith, and educational organizations throughout New Jersey. Known for her tireless advocacy and ethical leadership, Councilwoman Eason continues to champion policies that uplift seniors, children, and underserved communities.
