Accessing Blackboard:
You will have access to Blackboard on the Current Students page, https://www.caldwell.edu/current-students, off of Caldwell University’s main webpage or by direct link, https://caldwell.blackboard.com.
You will log into Blackboard by using your NET ID.

Your Caldwell E-mail is the only electronic address that you may use when communicating with all college personnel. Your college E-mail will be the main point of contact the college will use to send information and updates. So it is important to check it on a regular basis.
Accessing your Caldwell University Cougar Mail and MyCaldwell Portal
The following are directions on how to access your email:
- Go to the Caldwell University homepage: www.caldwell.edu
- Go to the top right hand side and click: Current students
- Click Cougar Mail
- Enter your user name, which should be the first letter of your first name and your last name, and your password
Accessing MyCaldwell Portal:
- Go to the Caldwell University homepage: www.caldwell.edu
- Click on Current Students on the top right side of page
- Click on MyCaldwell Portal
- On Login page, enter your Net ID and Password (case sensitive)
From Successful Login, you can access your Unofficial Degree Audit, Grades, Financial Aid Award information, and your current schedule
If you never received a Net ID
On Caldwell’s main home page on the top right hand side click on MyCaldwell Portal login
Scroll down and on the right hand side of the page click, Net ID Request Form

If you have forgotten your password, locked your account, or need to setup security questions, please visit https://cougarapps.my.centrify.com/my. Remember your NET ID password must be changed every 90 days.
