She teaches various undergraduate and graduate business courses, including Legal Environment of Business, Contemporary Business, Business Communications, Legal Aspects of Human Resources, and Business Law, Ethical Behavior, and Social Responsibility. Professor McGowan also serves as the Co-Director of the Caldwell University Social Justice Institute, where she focuses her work on programming and speaking on issues relating to gender equity, corporate social responsibility, and social justice. Dr. Kreutzer had a long career in industry before transitioning to academia. He has significant professional experience in roles including product management, business analysis, software development, and project management. Additionally, he has led management consulting practices that served senior executive clients in twelve countries. Dr. Kreutzer has worked for AT&T Bell Laboratories, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and AIG. Since 2012, Dr. Kreutzer has been a college professor and has taught more than a dozen different computer science courses. Neil Malvone has a varied background in the sports industry and in higher education. Currently, Neil is an associate professor of Sport Management and Esports Business Management at Caldwell University. Neil has taught across the NY metropolitan area developing major programs in sports management and esports business. In 2019, he was instrumental in developing the first esports business major degree program in New Jersey. He continues to look for ways to enhance learning by adding new courses and socially relevant projects. In the classroom, Neil’s teaching philosophy involves a blend between experiential learning and dynamic classroom participation. He encourages an interactive and engaged learning environment which allows students to become interested in the subject material; contribute to the lesson; and develop the necessary skills to succeed around his students’ passion for sports. |

November, 2020 she spoke at the National Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, and the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 11/21. She presented her collaborative mixed method study at DSI in 11/21 on increasing self-efficacy and locus of control through motivational book reading. Recently, Dr. Adams-Harmon collaborated with Biogen Biotech and rolled out the 360-Degree Gender Sphere and 6 Success Strategies to Create Resilience Awareness, Assessment, and Action Planning workshops in its entirety. Currently Dr. Harmon is a full-time faculty member of Kean University in the School of Business and Public Management. She also is an adjunct at Caldwell University. She teaches are in Management, Organizational Behavior, International Management, Strategy, Leadership, Ethics, and Healthcare Administration. Her current interests include researching intersectionality of women and minority leader, self-esteem in minorities, geographical effects of healthcare access on female minority ascendance, research on programs to increase leadership in minorities, and the 360-Degree Intersectionality Sphere. Dr. Harmon has been married for over 33 years and has two children. Her son has graduated Rowan Medical School (’23) and is finishing up his residency in 2027 and will be a psychiatrist; and her daughter is studying education/psychology and getting a master’s degree in special education. Dr. Harmon has been able to balance an extremely successful career while being present and involved in her family and children’s lives. I worked in the Emergency Department for about 10 years in which I learned a lot about the disparities in the US healthcare system. My experiences inspired me to go back to school, I earned my Masters Degree in Science of Nursing with a specialty in Nursing Administration. I currently run the nursing department at a skilled nursing facility. I have a passion for teaching, especially those who have chosen to work within the healthcare system, teaching them how to balance managing people, health, healthcare systems, and how these things effect the business of the healthcare setting. |

My name is Dr. Gary Lieberman, I live just north of Tampa Bay in Odessa, FL. I hold a BBA from Baruch College, CUNY, where I majored in Management and minored in Contract Law, I received an MBA, focused on Organizational Behavior, from Georgian Court University, and a Ph.D. in Cybersecurity from Nova Southeastern University. I was also responsible for authoring and maintaining the bank’s information security framework, policies, and standards, as well as, addressing regulatory agency audit inquiries and due diligence concerns from our clients. As Deputy CISO, I assisted the CISO in overseeing the day-to-day security operations and reporting our cybersecurity posture to the CEO and Board of Directors. In my career, I’ve climbed telephone poles, worked on developing early versions of the Unix operating system, developed software, started companies, repaired companies, and built successful organizations. In 1990, after serving four years as the Planning Board President, I ran for public office and was elected to and served as City Council President of Mine Hill, NJ. I was re-elected twice and served a total of 15 years in public service. I can converse in the native language of any corporate officer, director, technologist, lawyer, or politician. My being a professor and sharing my career experiences is my way of paying it forward to all the wonderful teachers I’ve met during my studies and my career. I am a published author and frequently speak on cybersecurity topics at conferences and gatherings. |

My name is Michael J. McDonough. It has been my privilege to have worked as an executive in the health care field since 1975. The first twenty years of my career were spent in acute care hospitals. In 1995, I joined an emerging health care system in the long-term care division. In 2005, a former colleague asked me to teach a two-week course entitled “the economics of health” during a winter session at a New Jersey college. After the first three-hour class, I was hooked on teaching. I am a Professor Emeritus of Health Administration at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Previously, I was the Chair and full-time professor of health services administration at a small college in New Jersey. I have also served as a visiting professor of business administration at another New Jersey college. My work encompasses traditional classroom courses, online education, and new course development. My education includes a Doctor of Medical Humanities degree and graduate degrees in economics and health services administration and an undergraduate degree in economics. I am a Life Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives [ACHE] and was elected as the ACHE Regent for the Northern New Jersey area to serve a three-year term beginning in March 2017. I am also a former Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. For fourteen years, I was chairman of a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of the laboratory and home of Thomas A. Edison in West Orange, NJ. |

She has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and minors in Spanish and International Business from The Pennsylvania State University (University Park). She helps manage a variety of initiatives within the school including program development, advisement, assessment and accreditation, recruitment and retention, event planning and operations, and international study trips. |
