Virginia Hourigan Rich is the Associate Dean of the School of Business and Computer Science. She has a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University and was a practicing attorney and partner in the law firm of Dillon, Bitar & Luther after completing a judicial clerkship with Chief Judge Clarkson Fisher in the United States District Court. She earned a Master of Arts degree in Teaching from Fairleigh Dickinson University and joined Caldwell University in 2000 as an adjunct instructor. She obtained a full-time teaching position, teaching courses in business law, law and ethics, employment law, and business communications. She now is a tenured full professor, has participated in helping the School of Business obtain specialized accreditation from ACBSP, and has chaired the Faculty Development Committee. She enjoys helping to develop new programs and curriculum for the School of Business and Computer Science and finding innovative approaches to teaching and learning. She was truly honored to receive the Caldwell Cup, the Caldwell University Excellence in Teaching award, and EOF Exceptional Champion recognition. |

Melissa Cook is the ACBSP Accreditation and Assessment Coordinator within the School of Business and Computer Science. She earned a Master of Business Administration with a Global Business concentration from Caldwell University. She has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and minors in Spanish and International Business from The Pennsylvania State University (University Park). She helps manage a variety of initiatives within the school including program development, advisement, assessment and accreditation, recruitment and retention, event planning and operations, and international study trips. |

Jeff Egnatovich has been in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. He started as a paramedic providing patient care in a 911 setting. Although Jeff enjoyed providing patient care, he later developed an interest in the administrative side of healthcare. He worked as a manager in the NJ State Department of Health and returned to school to complete his RN and MBA. He continued his clinical practice in the ICU, Emergency Department, and Medevac settings. Jeff has been a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) for over 10 years and served as a board member in the NJ chapter, including serving as chapter president. He presently works at Hackensack Meridian Health as a nursing supervisor and critical care transport nurse/paramedic and Penn Medicine at Princeton as a nursing supervisor. Jeff is the Healthcare Administration Program Coordinator at Caldwell University and has been with the program since its inception in 2016. |

Dr. Anthony Annan is an Assistant Professor of Finance at Caldwell University, New Jersey. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), and a Master of Science in Economic Informatics and Cybernetics from the Warsaw School of Economics. His research and teaching interests are in Corporate Finance, Business Strategy, and International Business. With over 20 years of practitioner experience across the banking, consulting, and energy sectors, Dr. Annan has held senior management roles at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Citigroup Inc., Standard Bank Group, Ecobank Transnational, and the Whitaker Group. He is a certified business valuation analyst and member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). |

Dr. Brian Borowski holds a B.S. degree from Seton Hall University, where he majored in computer science and minored in mathematics, an M.S. in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science, again from Stevens, where he developed software-based solutions to problems in underwater acoustic communications. He was formerly an associate teaching professor at Stevens and a computer science teacher at Bergen County Academies. Dr. Borowski has worked in industry, developing software for companies including Thomson Reuters, Syncsort, KPMG, and Prudential. He enjoys working with his students and helping them develop into future leaders in the field. |

Dr. Ranjit Nair is Assistant Professor of Management at Caldwell University. He teaches undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral level courses including Strategic Human Resource Management, Leadership Skill Development, Ethical Business Strategy and Leading & Managing Holistically. Dr. Nair is an innovator, people-champion, human resource management specialist, and trend-setter for emerging leaders to help brand themselves and be their best versions to positively influence their worlds. He spent 25 years evangelizing a seismic shift in how the human resources function can better position an organization’s highest priority assets – its people— in order to enable immovable supreme leadership in the markets they serve. He is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the management consulting firm, Potluck Culture Solutions. Dr. Nair grew up in Hong Kong and has lived or worked in every continent in the world. He holds a doctorate in Organization and Management from Capella University, MBA from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Sacramento State University. He also has a certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from Harvard University. |

Michael Adamo

Mike has a combined 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry and the field of education. He spent his first 10 years working in corporate finance in various roles. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Science from Kean University, a Master of Arts in Adult Education from the University of Phoenix, and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. From, insurance agent, to account executive, to assistant chief operating officer, and eventually the owner of a boutique stock transfer agency. As he migrated out of corporate America into teaching, one of his first opportunities was to assist professors with integrating 21st century skills into their lessons, primarily through online education at Essex County College in Newark, NJ. In addition to assisting professors, he helped teach, design, and create new business courses at the college, in particular a new supply chain management program. This eventually, led to him becoming the executive director of the school’s program LINCS / logistics program, which was part of a national consortium of colleges and universities throughout the US. Currently, Mike is an assistant professor of business at County College of Morris and adjuncts at various other colleges in the tri-state area. In his spare time, he enjoys time with family and friends, travel, home construction design, watching college football and playing amateur soccer/softball. He currently resides in Northern NJ with his wife Melissa and two son’s Sal and Dominic. |

Dr. Karen Cotter has been in education for over 25 years teaching K-16 to professional development and training of faculty and staff. She is currently an adjunct at Caldwell University. Karen is also part of the Supplemental Instruction Team in charge of Training and Supervision at New Jersey City University. She has presented at numerous conferences including ASHIE, HACU, ISSOTL, ISTE, NJSAL, MCC on topics that focus on student engagement and active learning. Stacey Murphy has been an adjunct lecturer at the Caldwell University School of Business and Computer Science since 2007, having taught courses in management, economics, creativity and leadership. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from Caldwell University and earned her Bachelors of Science from the Rutgers University School of Business. At Caldwell University, she is co-advisor to the Women’s Leadership Initiative, is a member of the Business Advisory Council, a member of the Social Justice Initiatives Planning Committee, and a member of the Faculty Commission on Global Concerns. After beginning her professional career holding various roles in project management, strategic planning and investor relations in the financial services industry, she built an established career as a global executive coach and leadership development consultant specializing in executive assessment and development. Her clients have included the Johnson and Johnson family of companies, Corning, Inc., PSE&G, The Prudential, and AIG among others. Outside of work, Stacey volunteers with various organizations and initiatives that focus on advancing social justice, and enjoys reading, traveling, following creative pursuits, and spending time with her family, friends and dogs. |

Mitchell currently serves as the Senior Manager of Educational Products at IMA (Institute of Management Accountants) in Montvale, NJ. Ms. Tietjen has been a member of the transplant team at Saint Barnabas Medical Center since 1999 and is responsible for the integration, supervision and oversight of all data, quality and financial operations. Direct responsibilities include maintaining and managing all financial data, performance improvement and quality assurance activities; preparing financial and operational reports, filings and budgets for administrative decision making and cost/benefit analyses; facilitating the development, negotiation and implementation of transplant contracts; managing research funding, budgeting and statistical analyses; supervising and coordinating data management, divisional databases and software applications, patient registration, billing, invoicing and insurance/financial coordination for profit maximization and compliance. In addition to a Bachelor of Arts from Douglass College, a Bachelor of Science from Upsala College, and a Master of Business Administration from Regis University, she earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue University and has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey since 1996.
Ms. Tietjen has been very active in the national transplant community for many years and has participated in many projects and committees. She currently serves on the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) Kidney Paired Donation Financial Sub-committee, the American Foundation for Donation and Transplantation Living Donor Education Planning Committee, the UNOS Fiscal Impact Committee, and is on the American Society for Transplantation (AST) Living Donor COP Finance Workgroup. She is also presently a UNOS TAC Committee Member, Co-Chair of the AST Transplant Administration and Quality Management Community of Practice, serves as both Treasurer and Committee Member on the RWJBH Woman’s Leadership Alliance and was appointed to the UNOS Board of Directors in June 2021. Ms. Tietjen has also authored numerous articles and publications on transplant operations, finance and billing, serves as content expert for several speaker bureaus and is a frequent presenter at national conferences and meetings. Among the many awards and honors received by Ms. Tietjen are National Kidney Registry Terasaki Medical Innovation Award; Top Abstract at two separate UNOS Management Forums; two-time honor of “Best White Paper”; and “Top NATCO Abstract”. Lastly, she has been an adjunct professor at Caldwell University since 2002 and teaches Accounting, Finance and Healthcare Administration in the School of Business. |
