Chris Masullo

I am currently employed as a college professor and as a STEM coordinator. My credentials include being certified as a Principal and Supervisor as well as a School Administrator. I have earned a Doctoral degree in instructional technology and distance education. I also have a master’s degree in educational administration and supervision which includes additional credits in technology.

Working in a small district, I have been given many administrative responsibilities which go beyond the classroom. Some examples include serving as the chairperson of the Mathematics and Technology curriculum committee; advising and assisting in establishing a lease purchase agreement for all the computers in the district; serving as the resource person for all teaching staff regarding the effective integration of technology into the teaching-learning process; implementing and directing the STEM initiatives in our district; managing summer enrichment programs; conducting professional development workshops for staff members; and leading professional learning communities for teachers.
As a teacher of mathematics and computer science for over a decade, I am experienced with traditional and problem-based styles of teaching. In my capacity as coordinator and teacher, I have worked closely with our world language and special educations teachers which has enriched my understanding and appreciation of diverse learning styles. My various experiences have provided me with opportunities to design curricula as well as create original courses for gifted and talented programs at the elementary, middle and high school levels. I have a positive influence on the learning environment because I understand the challenges that teachers face, and I receive great satisfaction in helping them enhance their lessons and infuse classroom technology.

A lifelong learner myself, I continue to seek new challenges. My most recent projects include getting articles published in technology education journals and periodicals as well as completing the Google Educator certification program.

Michael McDonough

My name is Michael J. McDonough. It has been my privilege to have worked as an executive in the health care field since 1975. The first twenty years of my career were spent in acute care hospitals. In 1995, I joined an emerging health care system in the long-term care division. In 2005, a former colleague asked me to teach a two-week course entitled “the economics of health” during a winter session at a New Jersey college. After the first three-hour class, I was hooked on teaching.

I am a Professor Emeritus of Health Administration at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Previously, I was the Chair and full-time professor of health services administration at a small college in New Jersey. I have also served as a visiting professor of business administration at another New Jersey college. My work encompasses traditional classroom courses, online education, and new course development.

My education includes a Doctor of Medical Humanities degree and graduate degrees in economics and health services administration and an undergraduate degree in economics. I am a Life Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives [ACHE] and was elected as the ACHE Regent for the Northern New Jersey area to serve a three-year term beginning in March 2017. I am also a former Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

For fourteen years, I was chairman of a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of the laboratory and home of Thomas A. Edison in West Orange, NJ.

With over 15 years of experience in managing and delivering cloud products and services across a variety of industries, I’m incredibly passionate about driving innovation and solving real-world challenges. I’m certified in SAFe, ITIL, PMP, CSM, and AWS Cloud Practitioner, and I thrive on leading product launches, managing lifecycles, and championing agile project management.

Currently, I’m diving into the exciting world of AWS Security, where I lead the strategy and execution of critical services that protect and empower our customers. Before this, I had the privilege of shaping the future of simulation technologies at AWS, where I guided the product vision, strategy, and execution for AWS RoboMaker and AWS SageMaker GroundTruth Plus. Every day, I’m fueled by the mission to create customer-centric, game-changing solutions that simplify complex problems and open up endless possibilities. I’m also deeply committed to fostering an environment of collaboration, excellence, and diversity—both within my team and across AWS.

Prior to joining AWS, I had the opportunity to consult with top-tier banks in the Financial Services industry, where I helped craft FinTech product roadmaps, develop cloud migration strategies, create Target Operating Models, and evaluate IT costs of ownership. It was an incredible experience that sharpened my skills and deepened my passion for helping businesses transform and thrive!
