Thank you for your interest in recruiting Caldwell University students!
Academic Internship Program:
The Career Planning and Development Office oversees the academic internship program at Caldwell University. Students may pursue internships for academic credit under the guidance of a faculty advisor, following established policies and procedures. Click here for additional information on the internship program.
We encourage employers, especially those in the for-profit sector, to offer paid internships for college students. The majority of our students work to finance their education, and many can only take on an internship if they receive compensation. The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) provides guidelines and criteria for defining an internship experience, and the Department of Labor has set forth criteria regarding unpaid internships with private sector employers.
Job and Internship Postings:
Employers offering jobs and internships related to Caldwell University majors/programs of study may post openings on C-JOBS/College Central, our online job board and career management system. All account requests and job postings are subject to review and approval. On-campus part-time jobs and paid, part-time jobs in the local community are also listed on College Central (subject to review and approval). For more information about part-time student employment, click here.
The Career Planning and Development Office is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and abides by NACE ethical standards for professional conduct regarding employment and internship practices. All employers and third-party organizations recruiting Caldwell University students and alumni are expected to follow the NACE Principles for Professional Practice.
Career Planning and Development organizes several recruiting events throughout the academic year. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more about upcoming job and career fairs and other opportunities to meet with our students.
