Steps to Attend Caldwell University

  1. Application – Complete the Caldwell University on-line application  and send the required documents to Caldwell University via email to intadmissions@caldwell.edu or via air mail to: Caldwell University

  2. Admission Decision – Receive your Acceptance package by e-mail (2 to 3 weeks after we have received all the required documents). The Package contains:
    • Acceptance/Scholarship Letter
    •  I-20 Application Form (you can download this form  and start gathering the financial documents even before you are accepted into the College)
  3. Enrollment Deposit & I-20 Application Form – Submit a $650 deposit (Resident Student) or a $250 (Commuter Student) and your completed I-20 Application Form with all the Supporting Financial Documents
    *You can pay your tuition deposit online.
  4. OISS Welcome Package – Receive a Welcome Package from the Office of International Student Services (OISS). The package contains:
    • I-20 Form
    • Additional Information/resources for a successful experience at Caldwell University
  5. SEVIS Fee – Pay the SEVIS Fee and Apply for an F-1 Visa
  6. Required Forms & Tests – Make travel arrangements and complete the following forms/tests:
    • Health Forms
    • Housing Forms (only for students living on-campus/made a $450 enrollment deposit)
    • Placement Tests
    • Official final transcript evaluation by a NACES agency (Exceptions apply)
