Adult Undergraduate Orientation

Attendance is mandatory for all new adult undergraduate students. The orientation is held on a Saturday at the beginning of each semester. The day begins with two formal presentations, one highlighting how to be a successful student and the second focusing on the importance of good writing skills at the college level. Students then attend a presentation from their major department, meet with professors for any external courses they are taking, and have the opportunity to participate in workshops on a variety of subjects.

Students will receive the orientation agenda by e-mail a week before the event. Please see the academic calendar to note the date of this semester’s Adult Undergraduate Orientation.
