Billing Calendar

Semester bills are to be retrieved by the student on their student portal using their Student ID Number and Password.  Once you are logged in, click the drop down for “Registration & More” and select Course Search and Registration”, and then scroll down and click the link “My Account Info”.  You can view your posted activity by clicking the “My Account Balances” link, and/or print an Account Statement by clicking the “Course and Fee Statement” link.  The Account Statement can be saved and forwarded to whomever you choose to assist with paying your balance.

It is the student’s responsibility to retrieve their bill and ensure timely payment of their balance due. All accounts with a remaining balance after the semester payment deadline may be subject to a $250 late payment fee.

Annual Billing and Payment Schedule
Summer Semesters – billing opens in April and balances are due May 15th
Fall Semesters – billing opens in July and balances are due August 15th
Spring Semesters – billing opens in December and balances are due January 15th

Your account balance must be in good standing by these due dates to avoid Late Fees and Holds. Registrations submitted or changed after these dates will require payment within one week following your registration or changes to your registration.
