Communication Arts Department Chair and Professor Bob Mann interviewed April Kisamore, Ph.D., BCBA-D, assistant professor of applied behavior analysis at Caldwell University, on his radio program “Of Mutual Concern” on WFDU.FM. They discuss how New Jersey has the highest rate of autism spectrum disorders, early signs and getting a proper diagnosis, what applied behavior analysis is and its effectiveness in teaching children on the spectrum.
