Admissions staff member Colleen DeTroia (center) was the winner of a Thanksgiving turkey dinner for four as part of the Caldwell University’s Marketing Club “Thanksgiveaway”. Clubs on campus were invited to submit items for a bake sale. The pies, cakes, parfaits, cookies, etc. were then judged on taste and creativity. A member of the Accounting Club received the award for best dessert of the day. The Marketing Club sold the desserts and all employees and students who purchased a dessert at the bake sale were eligible to win the dinner. Gourmet Dining, the college’s food service provider, donated the complete dinner including a turkey, all of the side dishes and several desserts. DeTroia donated her prize to several Caldwell University students who were preparing Thanksgiving dinner together.
