Caldwell University is offering exciting new professional and continuing studies courses. There is something for everyone, including adults looking to switch fields, students planning for college, and people eager to add new skills.
More than sixty noncredit courses will be available this spring through the program. Professional development certificate programs in high-demand occupations such as accounting, project management and substitute teacher preparation are being offered. Computer courses are available including Microsoft Office software applications, Quickbooks and the new and popular Prezi presentation software.
There are courses in English as a Second Language and conversational Spanish, French and Italian. Students can take classes in test preparation for the LSAT, GRE, MCAT and Praxis, and there is a math refresher course.
Those interested in exploring a career change can sign up for the Strong Interest Inventory, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator or the Dynamic Résumé.
Other selections include T’ai Chi, Blogging with WordPress, and Digital Photography.
Upcoming semesters will feature certificate courses in paralegal certification and web design and classes in CPR and Zumba. Selections for teenagers will include ServSafe, College Math and College Writing, SAT Preparation and Accuplacer Preparation.
