The education landscape is changing and earning an M.A. in Higher Education will prepare you with the skills to make effective and informed administrative decisions. Students in this program may choose to explore such areas of interest as student affairs, enrollment management, resource management and human resources in public, private and Catholic institutions.

As more people enter colleges and universities to advance their career goals, more postsecondary administrators and staff will be required to serve these additional students. According to the U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment of postsecondary education administration is projected to grow 15% from 2012-2022, faster than the average for all occupations.
Committed faculty will guide you toward a love of lifelong learning, a commitment to knowledge and the pursuit of truth. Through instruction, research, seminar discussions, field experiences and a capstone internship, you will discover a supportive network of faculty who are there to guide you every step of the way.
