Student Receives iHeartMedia WOR 710/Mets Sponsored Scholarship

Caldwell, N.J., Sept. 26, 2016 – Junior Dennis Brady was a recipient of the Hits for Scholarship award sponsored by iHeartMedia and WOR 710/Mets Radio.

The scholarship was based on the number of home runs hit by the Mets this year. For each home run hit, a contribution was made, which resulted in a $5,000 scholarship for Brady.

He was awarded the scholarship at the New York Mets game Sept. 22 by Mets broadcasters Howie Rose and Josh Lewin.

Brady said he was honored to receive the scholarship from the Mets organization. “As a communications and media studies major, to meet with Howie and Josh, who are the voices of Mets radio, was an unforgettable moment. I am grateful to Caldwell University for selecting me as this recipient.”
