The Elevator Speech: Tips and examples of how to communicate the value you could provide in a sentence or two and then try to open up the conversation.

Career Development and Jobs Search Resources for Adult Students: Provides recommended resources to supplement your job search, career change research or networking options.

Jennings Library: This page provides research guides created and maintained by your librarians as well as individual guides that cover broad subject areas, general research techniques and specific topics.

Careers in the Law: A Career Development Workshop : This program is designed specifically for college students interested in a career as an attorney or paralegal. This 8-week intensive course immerses students interested in legal careers with critical knowledge and contacts from experts in the legal profession.

Health Career Connection: Connects interns and alumni to real world exposure, experience, mentoring and networking that assists them in achieving their goals in the health profession.

Law Enforcement Career Development Program: This course is a highly competitive program that was created in 2009, and is the first of its kind in New Jersey. It has received accolades from former Attorney General Paul Dow and has gained statewide recognition. Since its inception, the program has graduated over 700 students and has led to law enforcement opportunities for many individuals.

This year’s program will be sponsored by the NJ Police Community Affairs Officers Association/Bergen County and the Sheriff’s Office/ Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Law Enforcement.
