C-JOBS/College Central  – Caldwell University’s online job search board and resource tools powered by College Central. Glassdoor – Glassdoor, an online resource, allows you access to company reviews, CEO approval ratings, salary reports, interview reviews and questions, information on which employers are hiring, what it’s really like to work there, and job postings.

LinkedIn Groups – Career Planning and Development regularly posts content (job openings, career advice articles, upcoming events) to two groups, Caldwell-2-Career and Caldwell University Alumni. Build a professional profile and network with fellow students and colleagues on LinkedIn!

Job and Internship Fairs – Many participating employers are eager to meet with graduate students! Career Planning organizes a Spring Career Fair in March, a Part-Time Job and Internship Fair in September, and welcomes employers to campus at networking events, information tables, and classroom visits. Employers attending previous career fairs with relevant opportunities include: Alternatives, Inc., Broadway House, Community Hope, Easter Seals, The Family Resource Network, FBI, First Children Learning Services, Kyocera, McCarter Theatre, NJ Department of Children and Families, Northwestern Mutual, Paterson Public Schools and West Orange Board of Education.

Access to career counselors for resume review, job search assistance, interview prep, and more. We offer evening hours by appointment, email resume critiques, and phone appointments – we are flexible and will work with your schedule.
