We are facing three BIG problems: high unemployment, non-sustainable growth in Medicare and Social Security, and new political “I’m mad as hell” pressure groups, which might become an alternative to Democrats and Republicans. What are the most effective ways to deal with these problems: Reaganomics, Obamanomics, or fifty-fifty policies? Let us discuss and make our opinions heard.
Dr. Anatoly Kandel is The Ruane-Toohey Chair in Economics and Professor of Business at Caldwell College.
