What makes Caldwell College unique or special?
The ability to get involved in a lot of different things. At Caldwell, you don’t have to choose a “niche” to get involved in. You can get your hands dirty in so many different activities and events.

What are your future career goals and how has Caldwell College prepared you for them?
I’m looking to go to law school. I am taking the LSATs in October and am looking for internship opportunities at law firms.

My English degree from Caldwell will definitely help me in law school. I have strengthened my writing skills and learned to better articulate my thoughts in writing. The Career Development Office also helped me with my resume and interviewing skills.

What lessons have you learned at Caldwell College?
I definitely learned the importance of time management and being organized. In high school, I could remember my schedule in my head. At Caldwell, I learned how to keep track of all the activities and events I was involved in.

What was your biggest achievement at Caldwell College?
Planning student events for the Inauguration celebration of President Blattner. As President of the Student Government Association (SGA), I was put on the inauguration committee to plan events such as the Bonfire and Battle of the Bands. Seeing these events turn out so successful was a big achievement to me.

What activities were you involved in at Caldwell College?
I served on SGA as President and Judicial Chair, and I was the co-editor of the school’s literary magazine, The Calyx. Through the Campus Ministry program, I went on Alternative Spring Break trips and participated in several Midnight Runs. I also worked on campus as a Tutor in the Academic Support Center and a Tour Ambassador in the Admissions department.
