James R. Gonzalez

James R. Gonzalez is the President and CEO of Broadway House for Continuing Care, a post-acute care facility for people with AIDS. James has served as a healthcare executive for over 30 years, specializing in hospital operations, post-acute care, behavioral health, community outreach, and quality improvement.

James is a member of several professional and community organizations in addition to the Caldwell College Board of Trustees. He has served as Secretary of the Association of Healthcare Executives of New Jersey and board member of the Newark Rotary Club and The Hyacinth Foundation.

James received a B.S. in Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and an M.P.H. in Health Services Administration from the Yale University School of Public Health.
