Sister Arlene Antczak, O.P.

Career Profile: Sister Arlene Antczak, O.P. is the Prioress of the Sisters of St. Dominic of Caldwell, NJ. As Prioress, she is responsible for the leadership of Congregational Life and Mission. Previously, Sr. Arlene served as the community's Councilor for Personal Development. Sr. Arlene also devoted many years of her ministry to education at St. Dominic Academy in Jersey City, NJ. There she held positions such as Assistant Principal, Guidance Director, Student Assistant and Family Counselor.

Community Involvement: Sister Arlene is a member of the Executive Committee of the Caldwell College Board of Trustees. She is Chair of the Board at Link Community School in Newark and Chair of the Board of St. Catherine of Siena, Inc.

Education: Sr. Arlene earned a B.A. in Elementary Education & Social Studies from Caldwell College. She also holds a M.S. in Counselor Education from the University of Dayton.
