Sister Arlene Antczak, O.P.
Sr. Arlene Antczak, O.P. is the Prioress of the Sisters of St. Dominic of Caldwell, NJ and a member of the Executive Committee of the Caldwell College Board of Trustees.
As Prioress, Sister Arlene is responsible for the leadership of Congregational Life and Mission for the Sisters of St. Dominic of Caldwell. Previously, she served as the community’s Councilor for Personal Development. Sister Arlene is Chair of the Board at Link Community School in Newark and Chair of the Board of St. Catherine of Siena, Inc.
Sr. Arlene has devoted many years of her ministry to education at St. Dominic Academy in Jersey City, NJ. There she held positions such as Assistant Principal, Guidance Director, and Student Assistant and Family Counselor.
Sister Arlene is an alumna of Caldwell College, where she earned a B.A. in Elementary Education & Social Studies. She also holds a M.S. in Counselor Education from the University of Dayton.
