BACCHUS(Boost
Alcohol Conscienceness Concerning the Health of University Students
)
is an alcohol awareness and abuse prevention program, promoting responsible decisions about the use of alcoholic beverages among college students. BACCHUS advocates informed decision making and respect for the choice of abstinence. Its philosophy is that young people can play an effective role in encouraging their peers to reflect on, talk honestly about and develop responsible habits & attitudes in behavior toward alcoholic beverage use & non-use.
