CHANGE OF REGISTRATION/WITHDRAWAL/REFUND
Lifelong Learning Institute does not discount or allow auditing of classes. Absence from class is not considered a withdrawal. All change requests or withdrawals from a class MUST be done in writing. No changes will be accepted via the telephone. Refund checks will be processed by the Caldwell College finance office when written notice is received; expect some delay.
No refunds after the first class meeting.
To add or drop a course, complete the CHANGE-OF-REGISTRATION FORM on page 23 and include the proper fee, if necessary. Send this form to the LLI Program Coordinator.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
In case of emergency on campus, please go to the nearest office or pick up the nearest telephone and dial “0” to connect with the operator. Ask to be connected to Security; when in contact with Security, please tell them of the situation and the location. Telephones are located in the hallways of all academic buildings on campus.
NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS
Enrollment in a class requires completion of the REGISTRATION FORM as well as payment of processing and course fees. A canceled check serves as a receipt and confirmation of registration. Attend each class as scheduled unless notification has been received regarding “canceled, rescheduled, and/or oversubscribed.” The LLI Advisory Board determines the cancellation of classes; if a course is canceled, enrolled students receive refunds.

PARKING FOR THOSE WITH DISABILITIES
A limited number of handicapped spaces can be found in front of the Administration Building, the Library, the Newman Center and the Visceglia Arts Center, and near the first entrance to the upper part of the parking lot.
