  Full-time students who have been charged for health insurance can waive the insurance by completing an Online Waiver.
  Go to: www.bollingercolleges.com/caldwell and click the tab for “Online Waiver”.
  You will receive an email confirmation upon completion. You may then deduct the charge on your Bursar Payment Worksheet. From this website you can also view the coverage, print an ID card, find a doctor or print the brochure.

The deadline for completing a Waiver Form is September 15th.

We are open until 7:00 p.m. on the first week of every semester for your convenience.

The Office of Student Accounts is located next to the Registrar’s Office in the Administration Building, Bldg. #1, in Room 106.
