Placement testing for incoming freshman is required in order for us to create a class schedule for the Fall 2010 semester. Students will be tested in Math, Reading Comprehension, and Computer Proficiency. The results, along with additional information will be used to place you in the courses appropriate to your level of preparation.
The test takes approximately 2 hours and will be in an air conditioned room. No notebooks, textbooks, dictionaries, calculators, or papers of any kind are permitted in the testing room. Also, no electronic devices of any kind are allowed in the testing room.
The following is a list of scheduled placement test dates. Students are to check in at the Student Center Lobby at noon so they will be ready to test at 12:30.
*If you have a documented disability, alternate test dates have been set. Please contact the Office of Disability Services at 973-618-3645 or abenowitz@caldwell.edu for information on placement testing for students with disabilities
