Data Request Form

Data can be found on the portal:

  • On the Institutional Research page located on the left-hand side under the ‘Staff & Faculty’ Tab

Data can also be located on the Caldwell Website

  • On the Institutional Research page located in ‘Administrative Offices’ on the ‘About Us’ Tab

If you are unable to find the necessary information, please complete the request form below, at least 5 business days prior to the date that the data is needed.   

Depending on the complexity of your request, a brief conference may be required prior to research being conducted to further discuss your data needs.  Some requests may take longer than the standard 5 business days.

All data requests are prioritized based on Institutional Need.  

Please allow at least 5 business days.

Please provide as much detail as possible so that our office can help determine what data will fulfill your needs. Should you have additional questions, please contact the office prior to submission for advisement.
