Put Stress to Rest Fair

Feeling like there are too many pressures and demands on you? Losing sleep worrying about tests and schoolwork? Eating on the run because your schedule is just too busy? You're not alone. Everyone experiences stress at times — adults, teens, and even kids. But there are ways to minimize stress and manage the stress that's unavoidable.

Caldwell College “Put Stress to Rest Fair” is being held on Wednesday, May 4, 2011, in the Newman Center Courtyard from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (rain location: Student Center Gymnasium). There will be many activities to help you unwind and de-stress, such as a DJ/Dancing, massage therapist, badminton, beading, bubbles, hula hoops, graffiti mural, and an obstacle course where you can challenge your friends.
