Caldwell College Announces New Certificate Programs in Computer Forensics and Networking Security

Programs help students gain competitive edge in careers

Students looking to advance in their careers should consider Caldwell College’s many certificate programs designed to give students that extra competitive edge. Two of the most recent additions to the program are certificates in Computer Forensics and Networking Security.

Certificate programs are valuable options for students who already hold degrees from other colleges or universities. Both matriculating and non-matriculating (non-degree) students are invited to study on a part-time basis through the Center for Continuing Education.

Today’s businesses are in need of qualified people with knowledge of networking, disaster recovery, database management, e-commerce, computer forensics and Microsoft applications. These areas are all addressed in the two new certificate programs. Each certificate is 27 credits (9 courses) and classes can be taken in the evenings or during Caldwell College’s accelerated Saturday sessions.

Interested students may also find that courses they have previously taken may apply to the certificate program. In addition, work experience may serve as a prerequisite. For more information, contact the Caldwell College Center for Continuing Education at 973-618-3203.
