Caldwell College Hosts Essex County Math League for High School Students
Caldwell, NJ – June 13, 2011
Caldwell College hosted the Essex County Math League (ECML) contest for high schools on May 25. Nearly 400 students from 14 high schools competed in the contest in the subjects of Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Advanced Math (Precalculus/Trigonometry), Calculus, and Statistics.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for high school students to test their knowledge of mathematics and compete with students from other schools." said Professor Patrick Sime, Ph.D. of the Caldwell College Math Department, who is a test coordinator each year.
