"Evolved Eating: Mindfulness-based Tools to End Your Struggle with Food & Weight"

Susan Weiss Berry, MS, CNS, CHHC, is a gifted Nutrition Counselor, Mindfulness Educator and Founding Director of Evolved Eating, a unique Mindfulness-based Intuitive Eating program. During this engaging workshop, participants will learn some tools on how to free themselves from habitual behaviors and preconceived notions around food and weight.

Test your body esteem IQ. There will be informational flyers, and you’ll have a chance to win some great prizes.

This 34-minute documentary deals with the fight against the degrading messages to women and girls that dominate the media. A discussion will follow the movie.

Learn about healthy eating and affirm your body and self by noting your best traits on a Polaroid photo taken in the Cafeteria.

This 49-minute documentary demonstrates the "body pride" of a team of mostly middle-aged African American women who perform show-stopping performances of fitness and fun. A discussion will follow the movie.
