10th Annual Art Therapy Conference to Celebrate the Art and Science of Art Therapy

The Art and Science of Art Therapy, the 10th annual Art Therapy Conference at Caldwell College, will be held on Saturday April 9, 2011 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Co-sponsored by the Art Therapy Programs at Caldwell College and the New Jersey Art Therapy Association, the day will feature numerous workshops and forums with art therapy professionals from New Jersey and surrounding states. This conference is the largest of its kind in the state.

The keynote speaker Marcia Rosal, Ph.D., ATR-BC will present on Celebrating 40 Years of Art Therapy Research from 9:15 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

A pre-Conference Course “Ethics and the Helping Professional” will be held on Friday April 8, 2011 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Aquinas Hall. The pre-conference is sponsored by the Graduate Programs in Counseling Psychology. The presenters will be: Catherine Waters, O.P., Ph.D., LPC, LP Joseph Pedoto, Ph.D., LP and Rita Klachkin, Ed.S, ATR-BC, LAC, ATR-BC
