Junior Stephanie Mejia Receives Student of the Year Award
Junior Stephanie Mejia received Caldwell College's 18th Annual Student of the Year award at a special luncheon held in her honor on April 20. With a double major in Communications and Business, Mejia will graduate in May 2010. She was nominated by Virginia Carrera, Accounts Payable Manager. She has worked in the Accounts Payable Department for the last three years and is an integral part of the Accounts Payable team.
This year, for the first time, Financial Aid combined forces with Human Resources and included in the competition all students who work for the college. These students "keep the promise" each and every day and were all well deserving.
Also attending the luncheon were: the staff of the Accounts Payable Department, Stephanie's family and friends, all the nominees and the managers who nominated them for this award.
