Students Raise Over $13,000.00 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

Students in the St. Jude Club raised over $13,000.00 in 2008-2009 to help children with cancer and their families. The club held its Up 'til Dawn Finale event Friday April 24 to Sat. April 25. The night was the culmination of the year spent raising money, raising awareness and raising hope for the kids at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The St. Jude Up 'til Dawn Club is a student-led, student-run philanthropy program that raises money for the life-saving research and treatment at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Caldwell is one of over 185 campuses nationwide to take part in the project. Throughout the year, Caldwell College students hold fundraisers and awareness events. The final event of the academic year is the overnight Up 'til Dawn event to show support to the kids at St. Jude and to celebrate the club's accomplishments.
