- Determine your VA Chapter and Education Benefit Eligibility by completing the Veterans On Line Application (VONAPP).
- Request Your Military Service Transcript:

- If you are separated from military service, request and submit a copy of your DD 214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty) to our Veterans Certifying Official
