CINAHL
- an index to the literature in the fields of nursing and allied health,
including biomedical and consumer health. Contains some full text articles.
Pre-CINAHL
- provides current awareness of new journal articles, and includes a rotating file of limited bibliographic information (no subject indexing) that is available to searchers only while these articles are being indexed. This enables users to gain access to article citations that otherwise would not be available. Once the bibliographic records are complete, they are added to the CINAHL database and removed from PreCINAHL.
