The Academic Support Center
TUTORING
Scheduled individual and small group tutoring sessions in most academic subjects are available by request. Students need to complete a tutor request form in the Academic Support Center. The Coordinator of Tutoring Services will then process the request and schedule a tutoring session around the student’s schedule. Tutoring sessions with peer or professional tutors take place in the Academic Support Center. In addition, tutoring services are free of charge.
Peer and Professional tutoring is offered in the Academic Support Center and in the Writing Center weekdays from 8:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m.
For the fall 2011 semester, evening tutoring is available for the following subjects:
- Professional and peer writing tutoring is available Mondays and Tuesdays from 5 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Writing Center (Lower Level, Albertus Magnus Hall).
- Professional math tutoring is available Mondays from 5 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Room 107 of Albertus Magnus Hall.
