netID REQUEST FORM

A NetID (username & password) will provide access to Campus Computers, Campus E-mail, BlackBoard Courses, and the Library Databases. NetID’s will remain in the system for one full semester after your graduation.

DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH THE FOLLOWING:

• Registration/Billing: If you need your PIN#, please contact the Registrar's office.
• BlackBoard: If you have a NetID, but can’t access your blackboard courses, please email your request to blackboard@caldwell.edu. Include your course number and section .
• Library Databases: If you have a NetID, but can’t access the databases, please visit our connection troubleshooting guide under the Jennings Library page.

Due to the high volume during the first few weeks of the semester it may take longer to process your request. You can call the Computer Lab to check if your request has been processed by calling 973-618-3267.
