It is the mission of the Office of Human Resources to recruit and retain employees who will further the traditions and goals of Caldwell College by developing and delivering competitive compensation and strategic benefits programs, meaningful performance evaluation and training programs, an accurate payroll delivery system, careful planning, and providing personnel services in a professional, efficient, and caring manner.
