Admission Application
Generally at least one week prior to that term’s
first class; international applications, one month prior (complete international
admission dossiers only) – see the website or application for
specifics. Summer OCLD program applications are due March 1. Note
that admissions are “rolling”—some programs may fill
early.
Payment
Spring 2006: January 12; Summer 2006:
May 5 (Term A) or June 12 (Term B). After the billing period closes,
payment must be made at point of registration.
Add/Drop
Spring 2006: Feb. 1; Summer 2006:
May 25 (Term A), June 29 (external), June 29 (Term B).
Withdrawal
- Spring 2006: March 15 (W), April 21 (WP/WF);
- Summer 2006: June 2 (Term A), June 26 (external),
July 7 (Term B).
Incomplete grades
Must be requested no later than one week prior to Exam
week; work to be completed by date agreed upon with instructor but no
later than 4 months from the end of the semester in which the IN grade
is given.
Graduation Application
- May graduation: Oct. 3;
- August graduation: Feb. 1;
- December graduation: May 1
Non-degree program “diploma” application
- May completion: April 1;
- August completion: July 1;
- December completion: November 1
NJ Certification application
- May certification: Feb. 1;
- August certification: June 1;
- December certification: Oct. 3
