OPTION #1: “Camera-Ready”
- Ad: 6″ (Wide) x 4″ (High) in dimension, high-res (300 dpi or greater) format (live area: 5.5″ x 3.5″; font: 8pt min.)
- Provide company logo for online ad banner (if applicable to your purchase)
- Format: preferably .jpg or .psd, and we accept .pdf
OPTION #2: We Create Your Ad
- Graphics: Send logo, photo or any illustration you’d like incorporated into your ad (.jpg, preferred)
- Copy: Read the description of the ad level you’ve purchased! Submit copy that may include a congratulatory message, company contact info, etc. in a Microsoft Word document or using the online ad submission copy box
- Provide company logo for online ad banner (if applicable to your purchase)
- Send company web address to link ad to your website (if applicable to your purchase)
Please Note: Although these specs may seem atypical for the web, we also use the file for a PowerPoint Presentation at the event that requires high resolution for optimal clarity.
