The Career Planning and Development Office at Caldwell College provides students with the tools and resources they need for lifelong career planning in an increasingly complex and global society. Career Planning and Development supports the liberal arts education at the College by teaching career assessment, job and internship/co-op search techniques, and decision making skills that prepare students for the world of work and other post-graduate plans. To achieve these goals, the following services and resources are offered:

Internship opportunities:

  • Provide a great experience, the chance to make connections and clarify your career goals.
  • May be eligible for credit for students who have completed 45 credits and have at least a 3.0 GPA, or for those with 60 credits completed and at least a 2.5 GPA
