Academic Enrichment

  • Increasing the size of the faculty in proportion to the increase of the student population.
  • Expanding the collections at the Jennings Library to support the major curricular offerings of the College.
  • Faculty members in developing new approaches to teaching a morediverse student body an conferences are crucial to this effort.
  • Faculty members who lead by example as effective researchers and teachers. This initiative is vital to helping Caldwell respond effectively to a changing educational environment.
  • Faculty salaries at a more competitive level.
  • Continuing the process of specialized accreditation of programs.

Recruitment and Retention of Diverse and Talented Students

The College is committed to serving talented and goal-oriented students. In order to meet the needs of current and future students, and to maintain the student diversity that makes Caldwell an exciting place to live and learn, Caldwell is committed to:

  • Increased scholarship awards

Improvement of the Financial Flexibility of the College Endowment Program

The Campaign for Caldwell College seeks to build endowment funds to ensure financial stability. A stronger endowment will allow Caldwell to:

  • Depend less upon tuition as the major source of revenue, mitigating pressure to increase tuition each year.
