Fitness Center

The Caldwell College Fitness Center is located on the second floor of the George R. Newman Center. The Fitness Center is open to students, faculty and staff. Memberships are available to alumni and family of faculty and staff. HOURS OF OPERATION

Monday through Thursday: 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

SUMMER HOURS

Monday through Thursday: 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday through Sunday: Closed

SERVICES AVAILABLE

• Cardiorespiratory Exercise Equipment - Elliptical trainers, treadmills, stationary bicycles, step machine
• Strength Training Equipment - Paramount weight machines, free weights, dumbbells, associated machines and benches
• Jogging/Walking Track - 10 laps = 1 mile
• Aerobic Dance Room - Available for stretching, calisthenics or other exercise routines
• Individualized Exercise Prescriptions
• Comfortable, no-pressure exercise environment
• State-of-the-art sound system and cable TV
• Men's and Women's Locker Room Facilities
