Class of ’09, Harlem Globetrotters

Manny is one of the newest members of the Harlem Globetrotters. After graduating from Caldwell, Manny was offered an opportunity to be one of a select group of basketball players to try out for the team. After a series of drills and interviews, he joined the Globetrotters as a “flyer,” one of the players who is known for high-flying dunks in the game. “It takes three things to be a Globetrotter,” Manny says. “First and foremost, you must be a great basketball player, and you must also be a great entertainer and a great person. I fit the bill and made the team.”
