Dramatically and vocally impressive, baritone Mark Wilson has performed with the Asheville Lyric Opera, North Shore Music Festival, and Garden State Opera among others. This recital of American Song includes Lee Hoiby’s setting of Martin Luther’s “I have a dream” speech in its 50th anniversary year, Copland’s Old American Songs, Carlisle Floyd’s solo cantata Pilgrimage and spiritual settings by Margaret Bonds.
