Policies for Distance Learning Students
Adult Undergraduate Academics

A non-degree distance learning program for qualified students who wish to take
advanced(300 and 400 level) Spanish and French courses.

ADMISSSIONS PROCEDURE
FOR E.D. SPANISH/FRENCH CONCENTRATION PROGRAM

Students must show through their B.A. degree transcript that they have achieved the necessary fluency level in speaking and writing to successfully manage these advanced courses. All students must have an interview in the target language with a professor from the Foreign Language Department and will be required to write a two-page autobiography in the target language. The Department will recommend acceptance of those qualified to the External Degree admissions office.

EXTERNAL DEGREE SPANISH/FRENCH
B.A. DEGREE PROGRAM

A distance learning program for qualified students who wish to earn a B.A. degree in Spanish or French.

ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE
FOR B.A. DEGREE IN SPANISH OR FRENCH

Students must show that they have achieved the necessary fluency level in speaking and writing to successfully manage these advanced courses. *NOT offered External Degree. On Campus Only, since it is a practicum.
