Junior High School Clinic

The Caldwell College Music Department will host a Junior High School (grades 7-9) region band clinic on Saturday, January 23, 2010 from 9:15 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.

Students interested in auditioning for the Junior High School Region Band in February should participate in this activity. Caldwell College professors and Gramercy Brass members will perform Region Band music excerpts and coach the students in their preparation of the works in a group master class. In addition, suggestions will be provided for preparing the scales and sight-reading portion of the region audition. The clinic is offered to students who play the flute, clarinet, alto saxophone, trumpet, French horn, trombone, euphonium and percussion.
