CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS
Certificate programs are valuable options for students who want a competitive edge in their careers. Certificate programs are 27 credits (9 courses) and may be taken by both matriculating and non-matriculating (non-degree) students. Persons already holding degrees from other colleges or universities are invited to study for a certificate. Individuals may study for a certificate on a part-time basis through the Office of Continuing Education.

CALDWELL SCHOLARS PROGRAM
The Caldwell Scholars Program offers selected students the opportunity to obtain the educational experience of both graduate-style seminars and directed independent work. The program consists of two types of activity designed to challenge the gifted student: interdisciplinary seminars and an honors project. The program is open to any student who is not a senior and has a grade point average of at least 3.3.

will be offered during each academic year.
Students must consult the Schedule of Courses distributed by the Office of the Registrar to determine the course offerings for a given semester. - Courses which have prerequisites, as detailed in course descriptions, may be taken only upon completion of those prerequisites.
- The numerals in parentheses following course titles indicate the number of semester hours of credit given for the course.
