Spring 2005 TSD Course Requirements

Grading
Students will receive a grade of Pass or Fail for the course and will earn one (1) graduation credit.
Grades will be based on:

Assignments
Students must complete assignments that are based on specific class activities.

Participation in one College sponsored activity

  • Students may choose to attend a concert, Learning Center workshop, speaker presentation, art exhibit or other activity that is approved by their Advisor.
  • A written summary of the activity and its impact on you must be submitted before the last class of the semester.

Freshman Interview:
In addition to attendance at all TSD sessions and advisor appointments, all students are required to complete a Freshman Interview with a member of the Student Development Staff.

  • This is an informal and friendly meeting that will provide you with the opportunity to discuss your freshman experience at Caldwell College, as well as to make you familiar with the services offered in the Student Development Center. Allow 30 minutes for this interview.
  • Students will be able to schedule appointments starting on Monday, September 20th at the Student Development Center, on the 2nd floor of the Newman Center, or you may also call 973-618- 3307 between the 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM to schedule an appointment.

We encourage students to schedule their appointments as soon as possible since we cannot guarantee appointment slots at the end of the semester.

Attendance:

  • Students are expected to attend all TSD sessions.
